DS3032 not generated

Hello friends,

I have a unique situation here. About a month ago (April 15th, 2012), I received the AOS packet from NVC via email that was addressed to me, the petitioner. The first four pages of the PDF document contained information on how I should submit the Affidavit of Support (AOS) and the last two pages contained information about the Choice of Address and Agent. The DS-3032 form with the barcode and my wife's name was in this attachment.

Being novice with the process, I proceeded to complete the AOS and asked my wife to send them the DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent). A month passed by and nothing was moving, so I called to check on the status of the case today. I was informed by NVC that there was a snag with my processing because they received my AOS before they received my DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent). Also, that they were not ready to receive my DS-3032 (Choice of address and agent). They have now forwarded my case to a supervisor for review and that I should expect a new DS-3032 to be generated in the next week or so.

I am not sure if I am the lucky "chosen" one to encounter this issue or have other's experienced similar situation with CR1 cases. If so, kindly share how did you go about getting this corrected/resolved to get the process moving.

If anything, NVC and USCIS has turned me into being a patient man :-)
