Fedex I-864 to NVC?

Hey folks, since the I-864 package gets sent to a physical address instead of a post office can it be sent by fedex instead of USPS? i mean, i know it can but will NVC accept it? I think they will, but just want 2 b sure they don't have some kind of conspiracy going on with USPS since they are both govt agencies. I'm a truck driver and right now I'm not near a post ofc, but there is a fedex box right here.I think because things have been going so smoothly for the visa so far I'm looking for things to fret about. LOL :P
