Notice on almost all the interviews they ask how many times your fiance/fiancee come to visit you? well i only go one time for 10 days because i only get one vacation a year and it cost a lot to fly there to the Philippines. I also filed as soon as i get back within a few days....Does it make a real big difference i only went once? I'm sure it best to go a lot but i think most can only go once if in the same boat i'm in. what your though was 10 days enough? Thanks

Even though we are far from each other right now I know you are close to me in other ways, you are always here in my heart. You give me reason to look forward to each day,You are my life and a dream come true.there are no words to express how i feel for you.You are the light in my darkness. There could never be words strong enough to express my love for you but I'm going to show it to you everyday as long as i live.I love you with my body, soul and mind.I love you very much baby.Mwaaaaaaaaah!

Once is enough to meet the requirements of filing a petition. It is at the CO's discretion how they view the amount of time you spent and how many times you visited. It isn't any automatic cause of concern or red flag. However, you might need to have the beneficiary explain your reasoning such as you have here at the time of interview. Not everyone can visit multiple times in a year or for longer than a week or two at a time. The CO knows this. Just be prepared to provide any details regarding your relationship that might come up. Yes, the CO will ask how many times you have met each other due to the evidence that is submitted. It is a question to find out if the answers match to the evidence like many of their questions.

I am curious about the answers you get to this post. I visited my fiancee only once and we spent 14 days together. Our K1 petition is dated only 5 days after I arrived back in America. We are hoping that my finances will allow for a second trip to accompany her on her interview but that is dependant on the cost of airfare. Best of luck to the both of you and God Bless.

it is not really a big deal how many times you visited your fiance(e) in Philippines,in our

case my fiance visited me just once last year in May and he filed the I129f around October

as long as you have all the proof of on going relationship such as YM chat's,Skype chat log's.

the filipino consul ask for our chats,so i show him like my 100 pages of YM chat, few emails,

40 pages of skype chat logs, that was one thing make's my organizer heavy, but it's better to be

over prepared than not...Good Luck and God bless!

Thanks everybody!

As for my proof of on going relationship all we will have is my phone records of me calling and text records of me calling her from time to time like maybe 10 times a month and texting twice sometimes 3 times a day, all the reciepts of the money that i send monthly to show i support her and daughter, we do chat on skype 2 to 3 hours daily but i don't think she has a way to copy any of it. i don't think her phone load cards prove anything even though she only calls me or texts me she has plenty i seen them. Of course we have a lot of pictures of when i was there and she does have a engagment ring on her hand. And knows everything about me like where we will live, what i do for a living, where i work,my kids name and age from my first marriage, my birth date, Even knows what color my eyes are,do you guys think that will be enough?

Even though we are far from each other right now I know you are close to me in other ways, you are always here in my heart. You give me reason to look forward to each day,You are my life and a dream come true.there are no words to express how i feel for you.You are the light in my darkness. There could never be words strong enough to express my love for you but I'm going to show it to you everyday as long as i live.I love you with my body, soul and mind.I love you very much baby.Mwaaaaaaaaah!

I guess that is enough, but just try to print some chat log's like skype or YM, what i did

is i go to skype messages you can see there yesterday,7days,30 days,3 months,6 months.

click from what date you want to print then highlight it then right click and copy message

or if you want select all.then go to your desktop right click then chose New and look for

text document then click on it then you will see new text document notepad then right click

and click paste there you can see the duration of her call, then you can save it in USB then,

print it.for YM chat's i go to Preferences,i set my Archive to Yes save my all messages, click

on view archive then click on her name it will show all your chats then highlight all messages

then right click hit Copy then go to your microsoft office click ctrl V,then save it then print it...that's easy!..but just have patient to save messages mine, really i take time coz we

talk everyday YM and skype so much chats :) just chose some of it to print, from my experienced

the filipino consul ask for our chat log's...he never ask about the money remittances receipt.

never even bother to see our engagement receipt.so it's better to be well prepared...

good luck to you guys! God bless you...

I only visited her once for ten days. Came back and submitted the I129F after 2 weeks. Don't think it will be a problem if you have enough proof of on going relationship! Best of luck!
