Frustrated. Still waiting on NOA2 hardcopy

It's been 22 days since i received an email saying my fiance petition is approved but until now i haven't received the hardcopy yet. What number should i call? Im getting frustrated with the long wait. It's taking too slow... Long

04/16/2012 NOA2 text notification received
05/18/2012 USEM sent letter to fiance re: eligibility to schedule interview
07/17/2012 medical
08/15/2012 interview (approved!) =')
11/16/2012 fiance arrived in US
01/10/2013 received social security card
01/15/2013 we got MARRIED!

AOS
2/9/2013 mailed AOS, EAD, AP
2/12/2013 USCIS received files
2/22/2013 received 3 I-797C Notice of Action for AOS, EAD, AP
3/20/2013 biometrics/fingerprinting
4/16/2013 EAD/AP aprroved, card received
8/02/2013 Interview
8/28/2013 received a letter in the mail saying AOS is APPROVED! green card to follow :')
8/30/2013 2 yr Green card received! thank you Lord

REMOVAL of CONDITIONS
5/22/2015 mailed I-751 app
5/29/2015 check cashed
6/01/2015 I-797, Notice of Action received
8/11/2015 email received saying biometrics appt letter mailed on 8/8/15; awaiting for mail
8/24/2015 biometrics screening done
10/19/2015 letter received saying application is approved and green card is on the way! yay!

10/21/2015 10 yr green card received

12/31/2017 mailed N-400 app

1/10/2017 check cashed

1/17/2017 NOA received

1/22/2017 received mail for biometrics

1/31/2017 biometric screening
