Do you have an A#? if you do you should fill that section in. A#s are on a Green Card, if you have one.

yes i have green card but i dont filled a A number when im filling this form and my question is the uscis notified change of my adress? thanks for answers.

I would send in another form. The form you sent might end up getting matched, or it might not. It's better to include the A# if you have one.

Did you call to confirm? you wont know if they changed it unless you call them and confirm it.

if you want to know if they updated the address you must call them and ask. No one here can tell you if they updated your address.
