The I-134 was crossed out on our checklist as well. Farid emailed the Embassy to confirm it was no longer needed...and they sent back an email stated that the I-134 is NO LONGER Required. My Honey printed this email and took it with him just in case they got "confused" at the time of the interview! LOL

In the guides and from what I've read in previous posts here, a lot more information is required for the interview. But, as I read the scanned document here, is this all that is actually required for the interview:

Beneficiary: passport, birth certificate, 2 face photos and medical exam.

Then proof of valid relationship.

Is there nothing from the Petitioner that is required?

I'm confused... :blush::unsure:

My fiance said that the paper came with the I-134 marked out. As far as the question about the petitioner the only thing is the evidence. A lot of people assist they SO with the paperwork and I think that this is what they send. Like photos and things like this, emails, and other proves. I am not sure and I am sure to find out Tuesday. Inshallah we did well, i sent the form but according to what he has he does not need it.
