K1 validity period question

Hi everyone! :)

I am about to send off the next lot of documents DS 230, 156 etc in response to the NOA2 from the London Embassy and I have a little concern. The validity period of my petition is up on the 31st May so does this mean I need to send a notarized letter of intent along with this package or am I within the time frame so that is okay?

I find all the wording a bit confusing to be honest and am not sure if they mean you need to send all your docs in within 4 months or if you need to have had your interview and all that jazz within 4 months?!!

Please help! :)

US embassy extends the petition automatically. The date is not for you its for them.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
