Strange question

My wife got her 10 year card in January. Today, I just received an email from USCIS, and a status update on their website, that her card was mailed directly to her on January 23 and should arrive in 30 days.

I just the letter her card arrived in, and it actually arrived on January 20th, 3 days before this update says it was sent out.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried at all about this super late update or incorrect date?

That's entirely what I am thinking. I was just surprised to see an update pop up so late after getting the card and being done with the process.

FYI, USCIS computer information system has not been working perfectly. Sometimes they do update sometimes they don't.

They even mail so many approval letters/notifications/ send text-messages too unnecessarily but never duplicate GC, because they are not produced by USCIS but by a private company in MO.

Now you can clearly see the differences between a government office & a private company.
