For the I-129 petition application is it better to type all the infomation and than print it out or print it and use a black pen, also can i use regular white paper to print it or should it be print out in other kind of paper??

Welcome to the forum.

The key to that whatever you do, it must be done with black ink (so, regular 8.5" x 11" white paper likely works best) and it must be legible. Not legible to your eye, legible to the eye of the adjudicator. If it isn't legible, it may be rejected, or result in a RFE....either of which means delays.....

I typed the information on the form online and then printed the form.

White paper.

You can do it online or by pen.

Becareful with black ink pens. Some people have gotten RFE because the USCIS said it was a copy and not an original.
