they responded that they received my inquiry... do I have to wait or was there something wrong with what I sent?

I provided:

>my name

>USCIS receipt no.

>My name and birth date

>Beneficiary's name and birth date

the Subject was my USCIS receipt no. since I dont have my case no. yet.

and they replied:

"Dear Sir/Madam:

Thank you for your recent inquiry to the National Visa Center (NVC). This e-mail is an auto response. Please do not respond.

We review and reply to e-mails in the order they are received.........."

so is this just their confirmation that they received my mail... and do I have to wait for their response? :D

Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you..

Hi, steffbry,

I pasted NVC's reply to my email inquiry... so I guess you do have to wait for another email from them. But try getting your MNL case number from NVC by phone. It's very trying, but your perseverance will pay off eventually. :innocent:

Dear Sir/Madam

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the

immigrant visa petition: EAC********** filed by STEVE ______________ on

behalf of _________________________. The NVC completed its processing

of this visa petition, and forwarded it to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate

in MANILA PHILIPPINES.

You must resubmit your inquiry or request, and all future correspondence

to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in MANILA because this petition is no

longer located at the NVC. Also, please be sure to notify the U.S.

Embassy or Consulate in MANILA of any change of address, e-mail address

or personal situation that may affect the applicant's eligibility for an

immigrant visa.
