Hello everyone,

My father is a LPR. He file a petition for me under F2A visa. I am currently 17 years old. And my application has reached to NVC already. Now I am in the process of sending DS-230.I have paid both IV-Bill and I-864 Bill. So I need to know what other documents do I need to send along with the DS-230 form?

Here is the document list that I think I need to send in. Please check and see if I am missing any other docs. Thanks so much

- Photocopy of the beneficiary's passport biographic data page.

- Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate

- Original police certificates of the beneficiary.

So after NVC received my application package. After my PD become current, do I need to do anything? like call NVC to notify my PD become current or what?

Please help me out.

Thanks so much

Before u send the documents be sure to do this:

1.Include the Cover sheet(to be placed on top of all the documents to be submitted

2.Include the checklist letter sent through email

3.Fill up Part 1 and Part 2 of DS230 form (DO NOT WRITE BELOW ITEM 44)

4.Write your name and signature at the back of each 2x2 photo

5.Photocopy the original documents before sending out.(make a copy for yourself for reference and one for NVC)

After submission of DS230 and civil documents, you can call the NVC for update.
