Can I use FOIA to request copy of I-94

Do you think that if I requested a copy of my I-94 using

FOIA records as proof of legal entry that I can get it.

I understand that if you do not have any proof of legal entry

or copy of I-94 when applying USCIS will not give you one.

My original got lost along with passport (do not have any copies)

Need it for my Adjustment of status.

Any suggestions anyone????

08/29/2013 - Email/text notifications received

08/30/2013 - Checks Cleared
09/03/2013 - NOA hard copies received

09/09/2013 - Received Biometrics Appointment for 9/25
09/13/2013 - Text/Email for RFE (I-864 & I-94)

09/16/2013 - Completed Biometricks (Walk In)

(Long gap in sending RFE back because I had to complete I-94 application and tried to wait for decision but ended up submitting RFE for I-864 with I-94 NOA)

11/29/2013 - RFE response sent

12/30/2014 - EAD received

01/06/2014 - I-94 Approved!!!!!
02/06/2014 - Interview (had to go back to civil surgeon to re-do paperwork and make sure this time he signs it. Took care of it that very same day and dropped it off at the USCIS office the following morning.
02/14/2014 - Green card received!!!

Form I-102 it costs $330 to replace your lost I-94.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Yes I am well of that info...thank you.

If I sent the application with no supporting evidence of legal entry they will not give me a copy of my I-94.

I was asking if FOIA records as proof of entry was strong enough for them to issue me a copy of my I-94.
