Can I send in all of packet 3 to US Embassy from the USA and she can sign forms when her interview does anyone no? I would like to send next week she is going for her police cert. and medical next week thanks for the help

I don't know the answer to your question but I hope someone does. I keep checking to see if anyone has posted a reply. If it is ok, I would.like to do the samething.when the time comes.

One reason its difficult to answer is the question lacks information. If you send in P 3 before the embassy has the case it will be thrown out for example. If you send in forms with no signature & no explanation they may be thrown out or the interview date will not be set.

If she doesnt have her police cert for example she will be waiting for about 3 to 4 weeks to get it. This means you have 5 to 6 weeks to get the forms to her to be snent it as a complete package. Sending in partial info may lead to problems in getting the interview date.

Any questions she has can be answered by buying a pin number at any Thai post office that allows her to call in X amount of times to ask the visa section. She should frame the questions in a general manner rather than case specific.

She does have her BNK# also they said it would take 14 days to get police cert. I would send and att. letter saying that I filled in the form and sent direct from USA
