Ours was there. The interview was fine. Our IO seemed to like to do long interviews - we were in there about 45 minutes as was the person before us with that IO when we came back to drop off a paper the IO needed that afternoon, we had to wait 45 minutes again as she was interviewing someone. We were not approved on the spot but were about 10 days later.

The DC office tends to be backed up, though. Our entire process took almost 6 months and from looking at the processing dates on the USCIS website I believe it has only gotten worse.

Ours was there, too. Pretty positive experience (not just because we were approved).

I wrote a bit about it here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/267366-august-2010-filers/page__p__4398902#entry4398902

Good luck!
