we waited for almost 5 mos and 2 weeks,,, but what we got is an RFE,, feel so upset about it

Sorry to here that. What was the RFE? Only thing you can do is submit the requested document(s). This will add additional delay to the process but once you submit the document(s) and its received and reviewed. You will back on track.

the worst is he haven't receive any mail from them as of now, we just checked it online, plus its wrong timing because he will gonna be here in Manila by the 30th of April and if he would not be able to receive it before he come over here in Manila, he probably won't be able to response on the RFE not until he get back

We also received a RFE, and chances are he will get it before April 30th, and if he has what is needed and sends it right back, you delay will not be too bad, after we responded, approval cam pretty quickly after that.

hi, can i ask you if how long does it take before you get the mail from them,, because we don't know yet what do they really need not until we get that mail from them.. i'm just hoping to get the mail really soon

it normally take 2 to 3 weeks to get notices from the mail, hopefully he gets it before he leaves otherwise he will have to make sure that someone gets it and keep it safe till he gets back if he doesnt have a p.o.box or safe way on keeping his mail. worst case scenario youre looking for another month delay

thanks for the info :thumbs:it helps us figuring out what would be our next steps, well i guess there's no chance for him to get it since 1 week from now he will be leaving the States to be with me again here in PI for 3 weeks...
