After filling out the form online, applicants should print their visa application form, which will include their data in a barcode format, and submit the completed hardcopy to Pony Express along with any other required documentation. The procedures for submitting visa applications via Pony Express will not be affected by the requirement to use the Electronic Visa Application Form.

I don't understand, submit to pony express, you mean mail it? I thought you suppose to bring this form to the ebmassy on your interview?
