Hello all, this is my first post I have found alot of great answers for my wifes aos process, she came to the US on an f1 visa and has revived here associates in business and is currently persui g her bachelors. We shipped the 485 package out two days ago and it has been received at the Chicago lockbox. My question is one just to be prepared, my wife went on opt from 02-16-11 to 02-16-12, she was a volunteer/intern at a business here for 30 days and was put on the payroll for about five months, April was unpaid and May-sept was paid, her boss kept her as a volunteer/intern for up until around January 3rd, he no longer paid her due to saying need to bring someone else in for training to take her position when she returns to school (her main focus). My question is should the need arise, is it sufficient to get a letter from her employer explaining this fact? I believe in the g325a I put her work history but only the months she was on payroll. As I did not know if this counted or not, I didn't even think about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated i just want to cover my bases in case of an RFE.. Thank you VJ! :)
