It should not cause any issues. She will need to have a copy of your divorce decree for the interview.

When she goes to CFO she may be asked about it.

ok here in INDIANA they gave me a total of 4 papers different titles, decree of dissolution of marriage, settlement agreement, waiver of final hearing, and certificate of waiver of service, it's filed, court and judge signed, i included all this to my k1 application, and planning on sending her(my fiance) all of it too,

You should be fine. The waivers won't hurt but what they really want/need is the actual divorce decree that the judge signed (photo copy for I-129f and certified copy from the court files for the interview). The settlement agreement is good to have especially if children were involved. I was also previously married and my divorce was finalized in August 2010. I filed the I-129f in October 2010. No problems with that. I sent the divorce decree and the settlement agreement. Here they are both within the same document. At the interview they MIGHT ask her some things like "Why did you get divorced?", "Do you have children from previous marriage?", "How do you get along with his children?", etc. things like that. My then fiancee was prepared to answer such questions but she was not asked. So just have your fiancee prepared. You and her can sit down and based on your own situation, try to think of questions you would ask her about your previous marriage if you were the CO.

You'll/She'll be fine. Just provide all required documentation and be prepared for any and everything and don;t be dissapointed if they don;t ask for any of it (except for the official docs!) But be prepared anyway.

God bless to you both!

I assume,,, that the marriage and subsequent divorce was to an American Citizen.

If that is the case,,, then it will pose no problem.

Regards,

In my case mentioned in my response, my ex was also a native Filipina that I married in the Philippines years ago, brought her here on Immediate Relative VISA and then we divorced here in 2010. Still I had no problem filing the I-129f for my current filipina wife just 2 months after my divorce was finalized and I had the judge-signed divorce decree in my hand.
