Timeline

We are awaiting to hear from London Embassy for my Husbands interview appointment. :clock:

Meanwhile we are trying to figure out if there is somewhere closer to him in Scotland where he can have his medical completed other than in London. :unsure:

I have read one other thread that said, as of late 2005, medicals are only done in London for UK residents. :(

If you have any info in this please let us know... :help:

Aug MTR granted!

Aug 16-Andrew rec I-601 waiver packet in mail!!

August 2009 Complete DENIAL!

10-29-10 Divorce complete!

London only I am afraid, you used to be able to have them done in Scotland ad Birmingham but now everyone has to go to London, bit of a bummer for you scottish folk ;) It's a hell of a way to have to go

Timeline

Yup its a bloody pain inthe neck! I am still waiting on my interview dats but for my K3. I have my medical next monday and am getting the sleeper to london from Glasgow get there morning of medical and coming back the same day. Flights werent going to work out time wise and were a little bit more expensive!

Then I'll have to do the same again for the interview! Nightmare! Oh well it will be worth it when i get the Visa and get to see my love again!! :) cant wait to get to CA its getting cold here in Scotland!!
