is it possible to change name on I-130 petition.

i filed for my wife with adding my last name to her name. now she is having some issues in making indian passport with adding married name.

if she get her passport without married name can i change her name on I-130 petetion?

Her visa and green card will arrive in the name that is listed in the passport. They cannot stamp a visa on a passport that does not match the name in the passport..

Why issue? Just submit the marriage certificate copy and it is very easy to update the last name in passport.
