Hi Friends,

I belong to F-4 category and my priority date is 18-JUL-2001 . I had gone through my visa interview on 15-Dec-2010 . But I was put on held for Administration Processing as there were some issues with my medical certificates . Then in April 2011 my administration processing got over but I was not issued visa due to retrogession which applied from January 2011 . Now I am in terrific confusion that when my file will get current again at that time do I need to give interview again and also do I need to submit my medical and police clearance certificates again ?????

Please help..! I am in great dilemma . Thanks In advance .

Priority Date : 18 JUL 2001.

Interviewed Once : DEC 2010.

Some folks didn't have to but it may not be the same for you. Those who didn't have to be re-interviewed had to submit new medicals, police record (PCC) and new tax returns for the year(s) that has passed.

Can Embassy do that?

NVC is the one who issue visa number once it is available.

Very surprised with it. May be I need education about it.

The NVC looks at data and if visa demand outweighs supply, the NVC sends out the order to all embassies to stop issuing visas because the priority dates will be rolled back .
