Hey there :)

I have a question for the experts on here ;P

I filed for AOS May 2011. My file was sent to CSC but when I called to find out what was going on with it THERE I was told I had to wait until it was out of the service at Washington DC. So, I waited patiently until they managed to work through to May 2011. Then I called to put in a service request. The service request has now been in for 26 days and so far nothing.

I have to send in paperwork to renew my EAD because it will expire in June. What's the next step for the AOS after a service request, if they haven't done anything with it by the end of the week? I'd like to know how to plan my time for next weeks adventures ;P

Thanks
