RFE additionaal info-Help

California Service Center received my REF response on 10/4. Today I came across a document which pertains to my response and I would like to add it to my package. Is it too late or should I send the document along with a cover letter? I really feel it is important that this document be included in my package.

You can try, but I haven't heard anyone tell us that they have been successful in having 'follow up' info catch up with their case file. Just don't send originals.

I wouldn't send anything that wasn't asked for.

If it is needed, you will get another RFE, and you can send it at that time.

Did you save a copy of the RFE and its' return mailing instructions before you sent it back? If so, you can try sending your additional information with the same case identifying information and following the same procedure that you used to respond to the RFE. Otherwise, as JenT wrote, the additional information may not get matched up to the case file in a timely fashion.
