send joint sponsor to us embassy or to me?

hello guys , i think i will get my neterview next may (pd 22dec2009)

my husband have our new joint sponsor now ... (new joint sponsor coz joint sponsor who send to NVC his taxe 2011 not enough )

so when my pd is current my husband send taxes of joint sponsor to me or to us embassy?

& i think if he send to us embassy direct they dont agree it coz they dont ask about that right ?

The Joint Sponsor needs to provide the tax returns with his I-864. You provide this information to the office that currently has your file. If the case is at the NVC, then send it to the NVC. If the case is at the US Embassy, then contact the US Embassy for instructions on how to submit a substitute Joint Sponsor.

my case complete so cant send any thing to NVC ... so many of my friend advice me tack my new joint sponsor in interview

i was ask in general us embassy can accept any doucomnt they dont ask me ?

my friend tell me if CO need any more doucmnt .. co will give u paper you must send it back with your missing doucmnt

can not send anything to the embassy of yourself. us embassy did not accept that
