Hi all,

A quick question about the I-864 (Affidavit of Support) form...

I am filing I-864 for my spouse who came in on a K-1 (we married within 90days of marriage) and this is for her AOS...my question is - for Part 1. Basis for filing Affidavit of Support, is it box (a) that I check? (I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative).

I just wanted to check this, as none of the options seem to be relevant, and didn't want to file the wrong thing!

Many thanks!
