interview not scheduled even in april

sent K1 packet on 23 jan n then again on 9 March...but still no interview schedule, checked april 2012 schedule...nothing there

my K1 petition was approved on 22 Dec, 2011...so it will expire on 22 April??? what should i do now...how can i revalidate my petition...any help pls...just so frustrated n desperate now :(

You don't re-validate it, the embassy automatically extends the petition validity.

Have you been in contact with the embassy to ask them about the hold up? or with DOS to ask them the issue?

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

yeah i contacted the embassy n they replied via email that they schedule the appointment on next available date in coming MONTHS....n abt petition re-validation they said CO has the DISCRETION to extend the petition if it expires during processing...

so i dont knw wats going on....

Have you looked in the regional forums to see if anyone else for that embassy/country is also waiting and having the same issue as you? That could be another place to look for information.
