Reaffirmation Process

Our case was sent back to the Nebraska Service Center by the Guangzchou Consulate with a "recommendaiton to revoke". After submitting a lengthy rebuttal (with some helpful info from replies in this forum), today I received a "reaffirmation approval" indicating it will be sent back to the Natl. Visa Center. There was no more explanation than that, but obviously this is a very good result. My question is what the process will be from here? I presume the Visa Center will just forward it to the Consulate again, but does another interview insue? Is the Visa much more likely if not almost assured, barring some dramatic finding?
