Foreign Fiance's Child (Without Custody)

Hello everyone,

I'm a USC currently awaiting a NOA2 in the K1 application process for my foreign fiance. In preparing documents for my fiance's eventual interview,I'm wondering if anyone has experience with a foreign fiance having a child? My fiance has 1 child (3 years old) from a previous relationship whom he still supports financially, although the child does not live with him. We listed the child on his G-325a. Will he need legal documentation that he does not have custody of the child at the time of his interview? Has any gone dealt with this issue before?

Thanks so much for your thoughts and experience.
