Hi all,

I have a question regarding the affidavit of support (1 134). what does my co sponsor answer to question no 10 and 11. Does the Co-Sponsor have to answer the question 10 and 11 or only the petioner have to answer.

The co-sponsor answers question 10 if they are petitioning a visa for another person. In other words if they filed a visa for someone else. This other person's details goes here. If they have not petitioned for anyone else then write "none". Question 11 asks if the person plans to give a bond or deposit for the applicant/alien. Check "do not intend" if your co-sponsor will not give a deposit to the applicant. As long as your co-sponsor makes 125% for the three of you, you do not need to show a bond or anything else, unless specifically asked.

I have a question about item 2 and item 8.

Item 2 - Is probably a stupid question, but I want to be absolutely sure not to leave any information out. My co-sponsor is a US citizen by birth so does this information stay blank or does he put his age and date of birth where it asks the date of when he started residing in the US?? I don't know if that makes any sense.

Item 8 - Does the person being sponsored/visa applicant's information go here? or is this pertaining to other dependents?
