i was just wondering, does every service center send their petitions to csc. i'm wondering this

because as i stated earlier i got my petition back today because of a calendar issue. ( ha ha ha )

but i mailed it off to Nebraska, and it was returned to me from Calif. so thats where i re-mailed the

petition this time, hoping to save some time on the process.

1/10/2004 met online

6/22/2004 tracey's first visit

9/9/2004 tracey returns to new zealand

4/18/2006 tracey's second visit

5/18/2006 tracey returns to new zealand

10/06/2006 mailed I-129f

10/10/2006 noa 1 recieved date

10/16/2006 recieved noa 1 in the mail

12/10/2006 reached the 60 day mark!!!!!!

01/09/2007 noa 2, via email

01/16/2007 nvc received petition

03/17/2007 tracey arrives from new zealand

05/26/2007 tracey and i are married

02/04/2008 mailed off AOS

I-129fs filed with NSC and TSC are forwarded to CSC.

However, if the instructions on I-129F say you should send your petition to NSC or TSC, that's where you should send them to.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

thank you, i was just hoping i sent it back to the right place, there was nothing saying to send it back through

nsc, thats why i went straight to csc. thanks for the info.
