Hey Guys ! any idia how long it takes to get passport in the philippines?my daughter was approved March 15 2012 until now she don't have passport yet and I think in 2 months she will go for her medical and interview.

06/04/2006 Made another trip to see my beautiful Marife!

01/27/2007 Visited Marife.....Proposed and she said YES!!

04/28/2007 Sent I-129F to TSC.....and the VJ begins

05/08/2007 Received NOA1 From CSC

09/10/2007 K1 Petition Approved!!!!

09/11/2007 (NOA2) K1 Petition Approval Received via email!!!

09/14/2007 (NOA2) K1 Petition Approval Received via postal mail!!!

10/24/2007 NVC Received Petition!!

10/26/2007 NVC Sent Petition to USE in Manila

11/07/2007 Medical Exam and Interview Date listed at Embassy Website

she can get it in 2 weeks or in a month, be sure she has an appointment already.

Does she need to go for Her appointment ? how long it takes to wait after appointment?

They have expedited one...I think it's as soon as two weeks (for additional cost of course)

I am against the use of travel agencies. They take more long time and cost more since they will wait for other applicants to "fill the space" before proceeding to the DFA.

The process is very simple as long and she has the appropriate documents with her to show

When I got my passport, they will give you a form and mark it with which date are you coming back. Not sure if it is still the same.

visit this page... http://www.passport.com.ph/apply/start.... and have her appointment. It will only take 2- 3 weeks after her appearance in DFA or 10 days for RUSH request.

Regular Processing: Php 950.00 (15 working days)

Rush Processing: Php 1,200.00 (7 working days)

You can choose either pick up or deliver at home.

Just bring all the necessary documents listed after you set the interview date.
