Hello,

Only my questions if my mother LPR file to my sister 36 years old from the Philippines she unmarried and my mother don't have enough income. Is that ok me provide the affidavit support to my sister.

Or, is that ok my auntie provide affidavit support to my sister went my mom files.

hi,

she doesn't need the affidavit of support for a long time, over 12 years of waiting. so she might be able to file the affidavit on her own.

if at that time she doesn't make enough, she can have a joint sponsor.

for now, she only has to file the i130, the affidavit won't be needed for a very long time. and your sister cannot marry until your mother becomes a USC

yes, she can be the joint sponsor, as long as she is a LPR or USC and makes enough. but remember, no one knows what can happen in more than 10 years from now.

your mother will always be the primary sponsor. and any LPR or USC that qualifies can be the joint sponsor.
