from CSC to MSC then.. back to CSC again

well, my fiance went to USCIS through Info Pass and he was told that our papers was sent back to Laguna Niguel (CSC) after being stucked to MSC for 4 months :angry: and what now?

i got a touched last Oct. 5, but i still get the same info.

K1 Visa Timeline

02.02.06 - I-129F, sent to CSC

02.17.06 - NOA1 WAC#

06.10.06 - email received that Case transferred to MSC ??

06.23.06 - NOA1 - received a new case # from MSC

06.27.06 - IMBRA RFE from msc (thru email)

07.07.06 - Received / sent IMBRA RFE back to MSC (by mail)

08.14.06 - he sent me an email saying that he GOT HIS EX FILIPINA GF PREGNANT

10.03.06 - my birthday and WERE OVER

11.16.06 - NOA2 APPROVED (email)

02.12.07 - Packet received

03.27.07 - Medical Schedule (did not attend)

04.03.07 - Interview Schedule (did not attend)

JAN. 2007 - met somebody and became friends

FEB. 11.07 - His First Visit

FEB. 04.07 - Filed for Declaration of Nullity

MAR 21.07 - Copy of petition sent to Prosecurtors Office and Solicitor General

APR 17.07 - Court ordered lawyer to file a "writ of Publication" because the respondent lives abroad

MAY 7 & 15. 07 - publication was made

MAY 21.07 - Filed manifestation of completion to the court and send copies to OSG

JUNE 26. 07 - submitted Original copy of the Affidavit of Publication

omg You're 20 days before me even!!

Why'd you get caught in IMBRA? Did MSC give you a new NOA1 date?

How worse and more incompetant can the idiots at USCIS get?

At least you got an update!

Gonna try again.

we were caught by IMBRA because the CSC transferred our papers to MSC only on May 2006.

well, i had a quite complicated story to tell... anyway, yes, we had CSC Case # and MSC Case # as well
