my fiend i need ur help , i change my joint sponsor who i file to NVC & i want to preparation new one befor my interview

what i need from him ??? i know last 3 yeaes of his tax & form I864

but i ask him about w2 & 1040 he said i have 1090 Instead of w2 1040 coz he work at insurance company (not individual work) that right ?????

please write to me what exactly i want from him ?? & right 1090 Instead of w2 1040 ?

it is easier if he goes on www.irs.gov and orders the last 3 years tax TRANSCRIPTS

Then no W2 or entire taxes are needed

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

i know i need that U.S. Federal income tax returns for the 3 most recent tax years , w2s & 1040

i ask about 1090 what it's ???

I think you mean 1099s? Since I am self employed I get a 1099 at the end of the tax year instead of a W2. I submitted this for my affidavit of support, and it's fine.

*I also submitted my most recent year's tax transcript.
