Hi all,

I'm filing my EAD with my AOS, but have a quick question about question 16 on I-1765 (EAD)...as I'm not 100% sure what to put for ths.

I am a K-1 fiancee who has married within the 90days period and filing the EAD with my AOS application...does this mean that my answer to Q16 is ©(9) (Family based applicant) or is it (a)(6) (Nonimmigrant Fiancee of U.S. Citizen)

Thanks for all your help! :star:
