Preparation for Interview - F3

Thank you for all your wishes and prayers. As I have my interview scheduled for 1 April 2012 (F3 Category - PD 7 Jan 2002), I would appreciate if you could help me with the following information. I submitted my papers to NVC in August 2010 and recived notification that it was documentarily approved on 21 Sep 2010.

Now it is almost 1&1/2 years and they have asked me to arrange for the latest tax returns of my sponsor in my appointment letter and as I understand I should submit the latest police clearance certificates as well. Apart from these documents, should I also get AOS with the recent date or will be it be ok...!!

No u dont need new AOS u only need latest Tax Returns from the petitioner....as instructed by NVC.

U can ask ur petitioner to send u Latesr Tan return....he can also send Tax Transcript from IRS. That will be more acceptable by Consulate.

Get, submit and or carry with you updated documents which over a 6 month period is necessary because of a possible change in situations/details spanning the pass 2 yrs.

Example of must: police records, medicals, tax return

Example of might (if it applies to you): appropriate forms for a baby born recently, form for adult applying for CSPA, docs for a new AOS if co-sponsor no longer qualifies or there is simply a change on co-sponsor.

Thank you, I will do so - will obtain the tax returns, police certificates and medical results but was not sure about AOS.
