hi guys, im preparing for my AOS papers. just want to ask if i need to include copy of divorce papers and name change of my husband? anther question is, is it okay if ill send them only the photocopies except for the marriage license?

hi,.im not married yet ,.my wedding day will be on thursday, but im already preparing for the papers. i think we can claim the marriage license the day we will get married.

You can send a copy of the marriage license but I suggest sending a Certified Copies of Marriage Certificate from the Court House you got the marriage certificate from.

Yes, you will need copies of the divorce papers. Get extra copies of the papers and the marriage liscese because you'll need them for a citizenship application. Also you will need copies of your birth certificate for both. They do accept photocopies.

so do i still need to send his divorce papers.?or other evidences? but we still dont have lots of evidences since we are just about to get married,
