My case was sent there Sept 18. They will not answer any of my e-mails or phone calls. I went to their webb page under tracking but you need to log in, and there seems to be no place to sign up and log in. Any information would be appreciated.

The guys at our Manila thread have always been successful in contacting Manila Embassy. Did you call (63-2) 528-6300 ext. 5184 or 5185. You have to call between 7:30 ~ 8:00 am Manila time.

You may also get info from the Dept. of State at (202) 663-1225 press 1, then 0, then 0 to get the Visa Specialist. Make sure you have the Manila case number ready.

It takes Manila Embassy a few days to 3 months to reply to emails.

The 5184/5185 extensions worked really well for us when Claudeth went through Manila. The lady at 5184 was instrumental in getting the visa issued after another employee lost the German police report translation.
