Okay so I had to know what was up, so I emailed Montreal this morning, explained what I've been told and what I heard here and asked which was true and this was the response: "I haven't heard of anyone booking in January. That is still far from now. We are booking November."

Okay so I had to know what was up, so I emailed Montreal this morning, explained what I've been told and what I heard here and asked which was true and this was the response: "I haven't heard of anyone booking in January. That is still far from now. We are booking November."

Please please PLEASE let this be true! As long as there is a hope to be had, I will have it, lol. I think we should set up a rotation - let's take turns calling them once a day to see how many different answers we get.... and then we can believe the answers we want to believe, lol.

REMOVING CONDITIONS: May 4, 2009 - Oct 3, 2009
CITIZENSHIP: Nov 27, 2012 - May 9, 2013
Note: I immigrated from Canada, not T&T - the timeline is reflective of this.

PRESENT - IR-5 Story (reuniting a family)
I-130 for Parents - 2013
Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office for processing

Feb 26 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred to my local office for processing

Feb 28 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 18 - got emails saying that the petitions are approved smile.png

I'm clinging onto that hope too! I'm calling later today to see if they've received my package 3 yet, so I'll ask again then, so we'll see :)

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

hey all......bill(us fiance) called the montreal embassy today...as was told not to worry..(cause i have a son who will turn 21 early nest year)....that even if i didnt have a son turning 21...our interview will be held sometime in late november..early december.....wish i knew this last nite...could have slept...lol :P:dance: good luck to all

That is great news, I am happy to hear it. I am not going to hold my breath until I actually get Packet 4 in the mail. I can't wait for us all to get those in the mail.
