Choice of agent

So today they emailed us the choice of agent forms and our IINs. For those who like to follow timing of things this is 5 days after we had our case number assigned.

So we want to make me (the petitioner) the agent for my wife. Just makes the most sense to us. She is fluent in english and all but when she read the email it made her head spin. Every other word in every sentence was DS-NNNN and if you aren't used to the american way it can make your head spin.

We live together so the mail for both of us comes to same place either way.

Is there any drawbacks to having me be the agent vs having my wife be her own agent? Figured I'd throw the question out there before we send it in.

Thanks fellow VJers
