what address to use...

i was in the Air Force and what address should i use as for it for the employer part.

the part where i have to put in my previous employers on g-325a, and it ask for company name and address, so its like this

You will put your most current address first. Then the previous address, Then the one before that address.

Any address you lived in the last five years.

If your only previous employer in the last 5 years in the USAF. Then you will put your USAF base address that you report to. I believe.. If you have worked for other companies etc.. in the last 5 years. You will list those companies also.

I worked for my company for 16 years... Only one employer in last five years is that company.
