1st - Congrats on getting your Approval.

We did not have to deal with getting police reports from other countries but reading posts of others that have they went to the embassy for the respective country and requested the Police reports.

FYI - Texas is not a service center, you were either Vermont = EAC or California = WAC Please update your timeline and profile it helps - thanks.

To get your embassy case number:

For the NVC:

Give them 7 - 10 days before calling.

K1's are not tracked through the AVR, EVER. They are processed like an immigrant visa, but they are NOT immigrant visas, so they fall into a completely different class of their own. Therefore you need an operator. To get there:

My fiance worked in Dubai and I emailed US embassy in Manila about getting police clearance/certificate. Here's what they reply to me:

Manila IV Correspondence Unit IVManilaReplies@state.gov

Because police certificates are unavailable to foreign nationals who no longer reside in the United Arab Emirates, applicants are not expected to produce them.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Immigrant Visa Correspondence Unit

Consular Section

U.S. Embassy, Manila

1201 Roxas Boulevard

1000 Manila, Philippines

Telephone: (632) 301-2000

Fax: (632) 301-2037

Hope this helps. Good luck! :)
