Hello,

Now that my wife and I are waiting on the NVC to send us our Case Number and send my spouse a packet of forms, I read here

that you and your relative must fill out before your relative can be given an interview date with a consulate abroad. The packet will likely contain an Of-169 form, and an Of-230 part one and two forms that must be filled out by the intending immigrant.

Questions

1) OF-169 - is this form out dated? if so, whats the new form?

2) OF-230 forms part one and two - is the out dated? if so, whats the new form?

3) once my wife complete all forms, will she send them to (Me)? (NVC)? or (U.S. Consular abroad)?

Firstly, don't wait for the NVC to send you any forms or you will be waiting for a long time.

Secondly, did you mean to say DS-230? I've never heard of an OF-230.

The DS-230 can be filled out online, printed, and signed. The DS-230 goes to the NVC along with documentation that is required to be submitted with it after the IV bill shows PAID in the payment portal. I would suggest your wife send you her signed form and documents and you send them to the NVC.
