There are few things in this process they don't tell you nor list as requirement.

Yes St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic will ask for her annulment papers if she was annulled from a previous marriage. Annulment in the Philippines is psychological incapacity. They will more than likely order a psychological examination.

They will ask her reason for annulment and a whole bunch of question to make her seem crazy. All she needs to do is stick to her explanation, stay calm and confident. DON'T LET THE DOCTOR TRY TO RATTLE HER.

If the examiner is not satisfied with the exam. They could order and additional and length all day exam. PEPS is and additional Exam Psych examination. Where they will have her answer hundreds of questions, puzzle, drawings to make sure she isn't crazy.

The examination will cost P3000. Yes it's crazy but there is no way around it.

I tell you this not to scare you but to prepare you just in case this happens.

One of my fellow VJ friends just recently went through this because of annulment.

If you have any questions. Please do ask.

God Bless and Good Luck!!

yeah they need to see the copy of the annulment to know what is the ground, who is the respondent and petitioner... sometimes respondent dont get peps but usually the petitioner who is found P. incapacitated they are the one who is taking the peps, yeah additional payment for p.e 1,000 and peps 3,000.. total of 4,000....
