dear friend i need your help again . my sister had her interview with her family while she was pregnant, but they were put on AP. with 221G givein last year in jan 2011. but the Embassy kept thier passports they asked for new AOS which we sent them after few months but now they are still waitting for the priority date to become current 2001. while waitting since she was pregnant she have a new born. what u guys suggest should we go head and request to add the baby into the case, if so will they going to ask for a new AOS, cuz problem is AOS. she have a big family and no one in my family make alots of money . should we just wait till they issue visa to others . or add now . will they only ask AOS for the baby or they will ask for everyone again . plz reply me sooon

The baby will need an immigration visa.

Contact the US Embassy to add the baby. A new AOS will be needed since the number of intending immigrants has increased by one (the baby).

You should not try to trick the US Embassy. This will be very bad for all. The US Embassy can cancel the visas.
