rUsSeLL&fAyE,

Your question is a bit puzzling - income tax returns and bank statements are not job related items.

Your fiance will want to submit documentation regarding his current job and he will want to submit US tax returns for the past 1 or 3 years (I don't know what time frame the IV unit in Manilla prefers).

He may want to submit bank information if he has a significant amount of money in the bank or if his current income is marginal.
