I felt like an eternity in AP but I finally got word today from the embassy that our visa was approved and issued on 2/16/12. Now just a short wait till we received the passport in hand. :D

That is great! I am so happy for you. My fiance and I are still awaiting for a call from the embassy regarding our K1 visa which has been placed in AP since jan 20th and we had a dual interview on Feb 10th. How long were you guys in AP? were you guys also put in AP due to lack of evidence? It feels like an eternity and we are so anxious to be together especially since my fiance is 5 months pregnant. Please let me know how long you were in AP. Thanks

Also how often did you email/call the embassy for status on your fiance's k1 visa while it was in AP? Congratulations again!! I hope to be in your shoes very soon!!
