First off: Congrats! Hope that you find the United States a journey as well.

Second based off your interview:

When your number comes up again you will go to a window: NBI clearance, B-certificate, CENOMAR, and I-134 affidavit of support, two proof of visa payment, and both your passports. They will ask you some questions and proof of the relationship.

You said you need two proof of visa payments: I know one you get from BPI, where is the other one?

then you said both of your passports: Do you mean the original Passport of the Filipina and a photo copy of the petitioner's passport?

Just make a photo copy of the BPI receipt so you have two copies.

She had one minor set-back with a document she had to get after the interview. All taken care of and they said, 45-60days.. So had to move their flight to May.. oh well

I am very happy for you guys!!!

Soon the three of you will be together!! Very happy for you!! :dancing: :joy: :dancing:

Does this go the same with the passports?

I sent her copies of my passport and also she has her own passport with two copies, will that be sufficient.

Congratulations!

Copies of her passport are good to have, and extras for sure. Don't recall the K-1 visa process requiring a copy of USC passport.

Here is a link to the embassy requirements. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/19452/public/Revised%20K1%20Instruction%20Packet%20_3__rtf2_003.pdf

Now the bunch at the CFO seminar can ask for some crazy stuff though...

Congratulations.>>> Can you please explain "Both passports" Wouldnt a Filipina only have one passport to show or do you mean copies of fiancee/petitioners passport too? Thank you for the information. I will have my fiancee read this as it will help her when we get to that point. When your number comes up again you will go to a window: NBI clearance, B-certificate, CENOMAR, and I-134 affidavit of support, two proof of visa payment, and both your passports
