Im sorry, I want to write more in the title but dont know how to explain it better!

Ok, we had a rough couple of months with emergencies in our family, car broke down, etc. So I wasnt able to file my I-751 earlier than I did.

Then USPS also made mistakes and it finally arrived in California 4 days before my residence Card expired. By now it expired and so did my drivers licence. Pretty crappy but they got my papers on the 6th and I assumed "any day now Ill get my NOA1"

Today I got an appointment notice for the biometrics! in 10 days!

So I call USICS and got YELLED at that I should have filed it early and it will FOR SURE not get there in the next 2 weeks, it will take way longer than that ...

Is that true?

I mean you guys all seem to get it real fast, or am I wrong?

Im freaking out quite a bit cause my husband is working out of state until way after the Biometrics and the Interview is 3 hours away!
