Beneficiary's parents and their birthdates

My fiance's parents do not have a record of their date of birth.

I don't think his mother even knows when she was born. What do you do in this situation?

Would they need to attach some sort of affidavit? We are getting married on May and would like to have our forms prepared in advance so we can file our I-130 in a timely manner.

But they would be having some legal dob in voter id/pan/bank account or somewhere. You would have to use that DOB.

I believe, they have some legal dob. If they have insurance/bank account/job/voter id/pan/job/house or anything, they must have to show some dob. That is clear rule.
